Our COVID policies

At Greenburgh Kids Dental, we remain focused on the health and well-being of our team and our patients. To ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone, we are following the direction of the CDC, the American Dental Association, and the New York State Dept. of Health by implementing the following policies and procedures:

How you can help us ensure a safe environment

• In the days leading up to your child’s appointment, we will reach out to you to ask some health-screening questions.

• To minimize the amount of people in the office, we will be allotting extra time between patients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

• When you arrive for your appointment, please pull into a parking spot, and then call or text 914-997-8820 to let us know you are here. We will let you know when to bring your child to the front door.

• We ask that patients come in for their appointments alone while parents/guardians wait outside or in their cars. Exceptions will be made for younger patients and/or patients with special needs.

• We ask that everyone entering our office please wear a mask. Temperature screenings will be performed, and hand sanitizer will be administered at the front door.

What we’re doing to ensure your safety:

• We have installed medical/hospital grade air purifiers/HEPA filters to eliminate airborne particles, including viruses.

• Cleanliness and impeccable infection control have always been hallmarks of our practice; you may notice we have taken these measures to the next level, especially when it comes to our use of enhanced personal protection equipment (PPE).

• In addition to universal infection control protocols, which we are following per CDC and OSHA guidelines, all high-contact surfaces are regularly disinfected throughout the day.

• All of our team members receive daily temperature checks.

Partitions have been put in place between dental chairs for added safety.
